Booking privacy

When you submit an appointment request, Spandan Diagnostics stores the patient’s name, mobile number, selected examination, optional study name and side, referring doctor’s name if provided (optional), preferred date and time, your contact consent and WhatsApp preference, and the booking’s status and updates.

How your details are used

The centre uses these details to review your request, arrange your visit and contact you about the appointment. Please do not enter medical history or upload reports through this form. No payment is collected here.

WhatsApp appointment updates

If you choose WhatsApp updates, reception may send your request acknowledgement, appointment confirmation and next steps to the number you provide, using the clinic number 8866113968. This choice is optional and is not consent to marketing. We record your choice with the request. WhatsApp messages are handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy. Please do not send sensitive medical information in appointment messages.

To stop WhatsApp updates, reply STOP to reception or call the centre. Reception will record your request and stop WhatsApp updates for existing requests on that number. You can still arrange your visit by phone.

Who can see your request

The authorised clinic account can view and manage requests through the staff dashboard. Your private status link shows the examination, study details if provided, requested or confirmed time, status and messages from the centre. It does not show your name, mobile number or referring doctor’s name. Anyone with that link can view the status and cancel an active request, so keep it private.

Storage and security

Requests are stored in the website’s hosted database. Your browser temporarily keeps a random request identifier so retrying a submission does not create duplicate requests. The service also uses a hashed network identifier to limit repeated submissions.

Corrections and deletion

To correct your details or request deletion of booking information, contact the centre with your booking reference. Cancelling an appointment changes its status; it does not delete the record.
